tablespoon cornstarch

tablespoon soy sauce
1
tablespoon vegetable oil

cups cut-up vegetables
(broccoli flowerets, cautiftowerets,
baby carrots and sliced celery)

teaspoons grated fresh ginger

teaspoon ground ginger

clove garlic, m

Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

. Stir the broth, cornstarch and
soy sauce in a small bow
l until the

ixture is smooth.

. Heat the oil in a

-inch skillet
over medium
-high heat. Add the
vegetables, ginger and garlic and
stir-fry until they're tender-crisp.

ixture to
the skillet. Cook and stir until

ixture boils and thickens.
